Redis is searching for an established Event Manager to join our marketing team to drive strategic event programs across the globe. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all types of events within the Redis' event portfolio, including third-party conferences, partner events, and our proprietary customer events such as the Redis Released global event series. They will be responsible for taking ownership of event programs, aligning them with company priorities, and overseeing the planning, execution, and follow up of those programs. We operate a global event portfolio with multiple programs running concurrently, so the ideal candidate will have a strong sense of organization and be able to pivot smoothly in order to deliver high quality, high impact event experiences. A successful candidate will collaborate with the marketing, sales, and partner teams to ensure strong alignment with stakeholders, making each event a valuable marketing investment for Redis.
What you’ll do: Project Management: Bring a strong and detailed sense of project management to develop timelines, follow and improve processes, and manage cross functional stakeholder collaboration. Event Planning and Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of Redis events, including third-party, partner, and proprietary events. Content Strategy and Management: Develop and manage content strategy for events, ensuring alignment with Redis’s overall marketing and business objectives. This includes session planning, speaker coordination, and content curation. Audience Acquisition and Promotions: Drive audience acquisition strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement. Develop and execute comprehensive event promotion plans across multiple channels. Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage event-related campaigns. Ensure seamless lead flow and accurate reporting of event performance. Vendor and Partner Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to enhance event quality and impact. Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality experiences. Onsite Management: Oversee onsite logistics during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise promptly. Post-Event Reporting & Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and analyze data to measure event success and identify areas for improvement. What will you need to have? Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or B2B environment. Proven track record developing and managing event marketing programs, third party events, and 1st party events within the tech field. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field Ability to travel for work domestically and internationally, estimated 30% of the timeWe give back to our employees:

Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
