The Position

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for event business partner of DA/Franchise; play as single contact, communication bridge and professional consultant in event management.Drive mid/ long term ambitions, define and track business/ profitability objectives and outcomes, through enabling strategy and event resources allocation; and supporting funding for business opportunities, E2E event management.Ensure DA/Franchise ensure strategy be defined based on key events or planning cycles and event effective run.Ensure fully transparency and confirm all events and meetings to comply with compliance, company policy and SOP.Provide event and meeting process training regularly for related business team members Cooperate with internal & external team (MPT, marketing, CMA, function team, Health care Organization, vendor etc.) be responsible for the implementation of Mega event& meeting and project and ensure high quality implemented and meet for the purpose, in the same time, and to establish solid trust and mitigate potential risk.Entrepreneurial and growth mindset required as well as good stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor degree with major in marketing, business, or science, and master preferred5+ years of experience in the Pharma industry or a related area across business functions and roles & 1+ years leadership experience preferred3+years of experience in event, meeting and project management ,  PMP certification preferred
