As Events Planning Intern, together with your colleagues, you will play an integral part in supporting & planning events for our employees and customers.

What You Will Do:
You will develop and oversee marketing events (e.g. trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and external customers including the use of virtual event platform tools.You will coordinate customer invitations, facilitate on-site registration and post-event follow-up and evaluations.You will liaise with all the major functions of the business such as Business units, Compliance, Finance and more to achieve key activities on a local, European and / or cross-divisional level.You will be involved in a detailed review of all processes, procedures, methods and tools to determine adequacy to meet the current requirements for the events planning service.You will assist in maintaining a culture of continuous improvement of service provided to our customers.Requirements
You are enrolled at a European university in a bachelor's degree, or master’s degree program.Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is a bonus).NOTE: EU working rights are requiredProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointYou have experience/high interest in event management or a similar customer focused role, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.You have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to work.You are used to working under pressure and to deadlines and show initiative and self-motivation.You genuinely care about doing a great job.Additional Information:
