Descripción del puesto
Buscamos un _Events Producer_ altamente organizado/a y proactivo/a para unirse a nuestro equipo y gestionar la planificación, ejecución y coordinación de eventos y proyectos de producción. El candidato/a ideal será responsable de gestionar todas las fases del evento, desde la concepción hasta la postproducción.
Nuestros clientes son variados y pueden venir de todos los sectores: belleza, lujo, automoción, gran consumo etc.
Responsabilidades
Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo creativo, de contenido y otros departamentos para definir y gestionar los briefings de los eventos.
Desarrollar y gestionar las propuestas creativas y técnicas, incluyendo la búsqueda de proveedores y alternativas que se alineen con las necesidades del cliente.
Supervisar el proceso de preproducción, asegurando que todos los detalles, desde el diseño hasta la logística, se ejecuten según lo planeado.
Coordinar la producción y logística durante el evento, asegurando que todo transcurra sin contratiempos y según lo acordado.
Gestionar el presupuesto asignado al evento, optimizando recursos y ajustando a las necesidades del proyecto.
Supervisar las etapas de postproducción, asegurando la entrega de los materiales finales a tiempo y con los estándares de calidad requeridos.
Mantener una comunicación constante con clientes y proveedores, gestionando expectativas y resolviendo cualquier incidencia durante todo el proceso.
Cualificaciones
+ Título universitario en Publicidad, Marketing, Comunicación, Producción de Eventos o áreas afines.
+ Experiencia mínima de 2-3 años en producción de eventos, preferentemente en agencias de publicidad o comunicación.
+ Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y liderazgo.
+ Conocimiento de proveedores, logística y aspectos técnicos relacionados con la producción de eventos.
+ Capacidad para trabajar varios proyectos con autonomía y gestionar múltiples tareas de manera eficiente.
+ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
+ Orientación a resultados y enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente.
+ Nivel avanzado de inglés, ya que puede surgir algún cliente o evento internacional.
