Under the direction of the Events Director, the Events Program Manager is responsible for directing and actively leading the creation, development, and execution of assigned events for the Swedish Foundation. These events are designed to support fundraising, stewardship, and cultivation efforts. The position engages with caregivers, executive leadership, physicians, Foundation board members, and external vendors as appropriate to ensure each event's success. The Events Program Manager will play a critical role in fostering relationships and enhancing donor and stakeholder engagement through high-quality event experiences.

Essential Functions:
Oversee the creation, execution, and management of Foundation events as assigned. This role will manage a variety of event formats, including panel discussions, cocktail gatherings, donor dinners and lunches and assist with other events as assigned. Establish detailed project work plans, timelines, and logistics while setting budgets for each event. Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload, balancing multiple events and projects simultaneously. Maintain a high level of professionalism and maturity, ensuring all interactions reflect positively on the organization and its mission. Collaborate with Art Director on graphic design and printing needs for event materials as well as Donor Engagement Team on promotion of events to donors. This includes: save-the-dates, invitations, programs and other event materials. Convene post-event debriefs with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve future planning and execution. Provides exceptional customer service for potential donors, sponsors, and speakers at each event. Exercises discretion, sensitivity, and respect for confidentiality at all times. Assist in planning and implementation of other Foundation events and functions. This position requires periodic evening and weekend event management. Applicants must have availability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educ/experience 5-8 years of progressive experience in implementing and creating eventsRequired Qualifications:
