Events & Program Operations Specialist

Adecco is seeking an experienced **Events & Program Operations Specialist** to join our client’s team in St. Louis, MO and run their Associate Development Center.
The Associate Development Center is their state-of-the-art training and conference center located onsite at their headquarters in downtown St. Louis. As the Events and Program Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Center, ensuring seamless execution of events, conferences, and workshops.

**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
+ 3+ years of experience in conference and meeting management
+ Experience in food and beverage, particularly catering
+ Proficiency in computer-based technologies (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Meeting Request Systems)
+ Certifications in CMP, CMM, CSEP, or CTSM preferred
+ Experience working with multicultural audiences is a plus
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Event Planning and Execution:** Consult with internal clients to understand their event needs, coordinate room setups, audiovisual requirements, and food and beverage arrangements.
+ **Facility Management:** Oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and cleaning schedules, as well as equipment maintenance.
+ **Budget Management:** Manage event budgets, process chargebacks, and track expenses.
+ **Customer Service:** Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and ensuring a positive event experience.
+ **Relationship Building:** Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, Meeting & Travel, and Site Services.
+ **Marketing and Communication:** Develop promotional materials to increase facility utilization.
**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
