Job DescriptionHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

This dynamic opportunity covers events for our head office within Canada. Plans and executes marketing and corporate events, such as trade shows, customer related events as well as employee and sales team meetings. Coordinates logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre-and post-event evaluations. Procures and coordinates vendor services. Coordinates facility, exhibit set-up, equipment and catering requirements. Provides on-site event support. May research potential event locations and evaluate alternatives.
Initiates and executes procurement, logistics of merchandising items, store signages and promotional marketing assets. Monitors stock levels and places replenishment orders in a timely manner in coordination with the department manager to ensure budget targets. Ensures timely vendor payments. Maintains both merchandising and printed material websites by continuously improving digital customer experience. Executes trade marketing campaigns, such as consumer rebates, manages vendor relationships and maintains the promotional platforms. Facilitates and follow ups with end consumer conflict resolutions.
Executes coordination of Truck Tire creative projects by acting as a hub between internal departments and external creative agencies. Manages distributor marketing co-op funds and relationship, reviews marketing spend requests and runs the pre-approval process.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Bachelors degree or Equivalent and 2+ years related professional experience, OR 5+ years related professional experience if no relevant Bachelors DegreeThe expected annual salary range for this role begins at $74,500. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.Ability to match products and services to prospect needs and/or opportunities. Demonstrated experience and skills in Sales/Marketing. Select and use the sales tools during process. Identify needs and/or opportunities. Present solutions/ options.Knowledge of the principles, practices, and standard methodologies of event planning and sales coupled with a knowledge of the standard Marketing programs to provide advisory services.
