We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Events Section Manager to lead the planning and execution of national and dealer events at the newly created RBU (Belgium, The Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden). This role is instrumental in aligning event strategies with company objectives, driving local awareness, and supporting sales impact. The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration, bring local insights to the forefront, and have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Event Planning & Execution:
• Develop and execute event strategies for both national and dealer-level events across multiple markets.
• Ensure events align with the company’s overarching strategy, brand guidelines, and sales objectives.
• Assess local market needs and prioritize events based on local awareness and sales impact.
Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, after sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure events support broader company goals.
• Gather and apply local market insights to tailor events for maximum relevance and impact.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners across markets.
Agency Management:
• Brief, manage, and coordinate with external agencies, including event production and creative partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and budgets.
• Oversee agency deliverables to ensure high-quality execution within agreed timelines.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.
• Track expenses and provide detailed post-event financial reporting and analysis.
Performance Analysis:
• Measure and report on event success using KPIs such as attendance, engagement, and sales impact.
• Implement learnings from past events to continually refine and improve the event strategy.

Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Strong understanding of event marketing and its impact on sales and brand awareness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed for event execution and on-site support.
