Duties and responsibilities related to the Events Service Manager role:

Lead all aspects of events operations department, including managing the events operations team, delegating tasks, provide guidance and support, and ensure all colleagues are working cohesively toward common objectivesIn collaboration with the Director of Food Beverage, develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitabilityEnsure seamless execution of events by liaising with colleagues, vendors and suppliers to coordinate logistics, technical requirements, and special requestsBe creative and think outside the box, regularly assessing and refining service skills of colleagues and experimenting with new ways of developing the departmentHire and retain new team members, embracing recruitment and explore new ways of attracting top talent

Qualification:

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or events managementMinimum 1 year work experience as Events/Banquets ManagerGood operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a mustPreferably Arabic speaking, female candidates
