**The Team**
The People’s Place team is a central pillar within the Associate Experience department at PVH EMEA. Known for creating unforgettable moments, People’s Place designs and delivers associate-facing events, activations, and initiatives that enhance engagement and foster connection across PVH EMEA.
Through a blend of well-being, social, and cultural experiences, the team drives an inclusive, innovative, and inspiring workplace culture. This role contributes directly to the team's legacy of high-impact events and memorable experiences that associates across PVH EMEA value and celebrate.
**The Position**
The Events Specialist Associate Experiences **,** People’s Place / Community of Experts, PVH EMEA, will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the social and corporate associate event programming function. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Associate Programs & Events, this role ensures the seamless operation of event development, planning, and execution, contributing to a dynamic and engaging associate culture.
Pulling from past experience, internal guidelines, and ongoing trends, this role will help shape the future of PVH EMEA’s associate-facing and social event programming.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Event Support** :
+ Plan, execute, and support associate-facing events and programs, including but not limited to social events, well-being workshops, cultural celebrations, and corporate activations, both in-person, virtual and hybrid.
+ Serve as the operational lead for event logistics, ensuring all details are managed seamlessly.
+ **Project Management** :
+ Develop and maintain project timelines, taskforce schedules, and distribution lists.
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
+ **Content & Collateral Creation** :
+ Prepare event materials, including production schedules, agendas, welcome packs, and post-event evaluations.
+ **Stakeholder Relationships** :
+ Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, vendors, and event partners.
+ **Program Development** :
+ Conduct research on trends in virtual and in-person events to enhance programming.
+ Support the development of new concepts that align with People’s Place’s reputation for memorable, impactful events.
**The Ideal Candidate**
+ A professional degree in a related field or2-4 years of relevant work experience in event management, programming, or activations.
+ Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines and prioritize effectively.
+ A proactive, self-starting individual with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality.
+ Experience in logistics, timeline management, and creating detailed project plans.
+ Creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced, changing environments.
+ Strong attention to detail, process-driven, and results-oriented.
+ Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration.
+ Passion for creating engaging associate experiences that reflect the culture and values of PVH EMEA.
