About the Role
The role is responsible for providing supervisory support to ensure smooth and effective management of sales events, with key focus on enhancing the quality, assignment, and engagement of leads generated to maximize sales opportunities. Additionally, the position engages and oversees external suppliers to ensure success event execution and deliver an excellent experiences of customers.General Management 20%
Assist Event Manager to develop and design events and initiatives for leads generation to support the agency objectives and assist in strategic planningConduct market research to identify new lead sources, event concept that create effective engagement and sale platform for agents;Maintain the highest standards of service in all aspects of the function;Handling budgeting and other financial related issues;Coordinate/ facilitate between Agency leaders and suppliers on the execution of the to ensure that smooth operation;Events Management 40%
Assist the development and execution of Agency annual event concept and roadmap.Prepare plans and supervise in implementation for all aspects of events and ensure compliance to all local and company’s regulations.Manage branding and other publicity associated to events.Work with Agency’s Leader to create sale event planning and road map.Coordinate and negotiate between designers, different departments, agencies, suppliers, and vendors for contracts, venues, entertainment, agenda, requirements.Conduct post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis) and produce reports for stakeholders.Leads Management 40%
Assist creation of annual planning of leads generation and engagement events that align with overall agency strategy.Support the managing, nurturing and converting of inbound leads into sale opportunities.Proactively identify high potential prospects using initiative and creativity to generate new leads opportunities. Assess, analyze, and segment all leads to support different level of agents.Engage with all partners/event organizers to generate leads and expand partnership networking with other entities – corporate companies, associations, SMEs.Deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive information about the company value proposition to potential customers during event execution.Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized lead data, reports, and performance tracking.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
