Job Responsibilities:
Support Executives and other staff with technology needs in person Monday - Friday, including new hire day 1 and white glove technical support, general break/fix, printer and video conferencingTriage and resolve incident and request tickets in Jira Service Management for employees in 7 countriesSupport end-users with MacOS and Windows devices, and all Office 365 applicationsSupport onboarding and offboarding requests, including hardware procurementCo-manage end-user devices in Microsoft Intune and Jamf ProPartner with Managed Service Providers and Vendors to support the entire organizationSkills and Experience needed for success in this role:
3+ years of experience supporting end-users with Windows and MacOS devices3+ years of experience handling IT support tickets in an ITSM ticketing system2+ years of experience working with Office 365,1+ years of experience working with Azure AD/Entra, Intune/Jamf Pro MDMExperience with ITIL framework strongly preferredExperience supporting end-users in software company preferredExperience with AI, Chat Bots, or Automation a major plusPCI-DSS and HIPAA environment experience a plusWhere: Denver, Colorado (Onsite, 5 days in office)
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role is based in Denver, Colorado, United States.
