We are currently seeking rising seniors, master’s students or 2025 graduates to apply for our internship program. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects.

We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to focus on our EverCommerce People Team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Learning & Development team, contributing to the success of talent and learning development initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting program implementations, gathering data, and managing various program components. Additionally, you will be involved in the research and conceptualization of new programs, helping to shape the future of our learning and development efforts.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research on career development programs at peer organizations to identify industry trends and benchmarks.Explore and evaluate best practices in career development programs to inform internal initiatives.Support the creation of compelling presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback from leadership development program participants and their managers to enhance program effectiveness.Provide input and actionable recommendations to improve leadership development program processes and overall structure.Collaborate on additional initiatives and special projects, contributing to broader team goals and organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

Major in Business Management or Human ResourcesHigh level of attention to detail/accuracy.Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.

What we are looking for:

Rising seniors, 2025 graduates pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or master’s students.Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basisEnthusiastic about technology and committed to professional developmentGood written and verbal communication skillsWilling to learn and collaborate with your teammates

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, preferably in Colorado – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $20.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
