We are looking for a People Analytics Intern to join our People Innovations & Insights team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our People team to support the rollout of analytics dashboards, improve data literacy, collaborate with HR functions to create and maintain data structures.
Responsibilities:
Drive your internship project which will be centered on developing and implementing a PowerBI dashboard for People Team leaders.Participate weekly data analytics challenges to build an overall knowledgebase of the People Analytics function.Participate in weekly rotations on the People Team learning functions such as Compensation, Benefits, People Operations, HRBP and Talent Acquisition.Assist with other departmental initiatives and projects as assigned.Qualifications:
Major in Computer or Data ScienceHigh level of attention to detail/accuracy.Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.What we are looking for:
Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025.Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship I the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis.Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development.Good written and verbal communication skills.Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates.Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, preferably in Colorado – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.
Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $20.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
