We are currently seeking rising junior or senior students to apply for our internship program. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects.

We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our People Operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with our People Operations team to support the company-wide intern program, improve People Team processes, collaborate with HR functions to create documentation and participate in ad hoc HR projects.

Responsibilities:

Participate in creating an engaging internship experience across EverCommerce, including onboarding upcoming interns and designing initiatives to enhance their engagement.Organize the final Intern project presentations with executive leaders.Gather feedback from intern managers on performance and eligibility for hiring.Provide input and recommendations on processes and improvements supporting People Operations and the employee experience.Assist with other departmental initiatives and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Major in Business Management or Human ResourcesHigh level of attention to detail/accuracy.Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small.Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations.

What we are looking for:

Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025.Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship I the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis.Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development.Good written and verbal communication skills.Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, preferably in Colorado – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.

Compensation:

The target base compensation for this position is $20.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
