We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our EverConnect team. EverConnect specializes in home service lead generation and digital marketing services. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing integrated multi-channel campaigns with a focus on driving new business, while also executing customer communication strategies to enhance engagement and retention. You will report to the Director of Marketing and lead the execution of key marketing strategies, ensuring alignment and success across multiple initiatives. Responsibilities:
Lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive leads, revenue, and brand growth
Manage end-to-end execution of events and tradeshows, including coordination with internal teams, handling logistics, overseeing pre- and post-event marketing efforts, and ensuring seamless event delivery
Collaborate with the Business Development team on partnerships to create tailored marketing materials, ensuring lead generation activities are effectively executed and driving partner awareness and business growth
Support the creation of various marketing assets, such as blogs, email content, landing pages, campaign materials, and automated workflows, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
Manage and execute the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, including print collateral, social media graphics and email banners
Analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing strategies
Communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing tools, trends, and best practices, continuously seeking new ways to improve campaign execution and drive exceptional results
Skills and Experience Needed for Success in This Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline
5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in SaaS software and/or B2B
Ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment with experience adapting to change in a high-growth business
Proven experience in planning, executing, and managing tradeshows and events, with a strong ability to coordinate logistics, collaborate with teams, and deliver successful outcomes aligned with marketing goals
Experience in content marketing, including creating and managing blogs, webinars, case studies, and other digital content to engage audiences and support lead generation efforts
Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs) such as HubSpot, including creating and managing email campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and lead nurturing processes to drive engagement
Experience with SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive website traffic
Experience managing social media campaigns and paid advertising to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate leads
Demonstrated experience collaborating on design initiatives, including creating visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and print materials
Experience using Salesforce to track leads, manage data, and analyze sales performance to support marketing and sales alignment
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems effectively, and make confident decisions based on experience and situational awareness
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle numerous time-sensitive projects and meet deadlines across multiple timelines
Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials, campaigns, and data analysis
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
