Job Description Personnel Management: Oversee 15-20 consultants, including Technical and Digital Producers, focusing on their career development and growth.  Training and Onboarding: Develop and implement onboarding and training processes for Technical Producers across Global and Geo resources.  Strategic Leadership: Participate in high-level strategic discussions about long-term team goals and initiatives. Engage in thought partnership on team growth trajectory, proactive problem-solving, and role/structure evolution.  Workflow Optimization: Streamline workflows and operations to enhance team productivity and ensure high-quality, on-time content delivery. Improve collaboration and feedback loops, ensuring consistent integration of Global and Geo Content Publishing processes.  Project Visibility and Recognition: Ensure project milestones and successes are visible across the organization. Skills and Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.  Experience: 5+ years in the marketing field, with a preference for experience in digital production and/or content publishing.  Team Management: Proven experience in managing or coordinating a team, ensuring alignment and collaboration towards common goals.  Workflow Optimization: Expertise in optimizing workflows, meeting deadlines, and utilizing digital tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency.  Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and deliver measurable results.  Communication and Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
