We are looking for an experienced Training & Enablement Leader to design, develop, and lead the training & enablement program for the EverHealth Sales and Broader Organization and Customer Facing Teams. EverHealth is currently comprised of five different solution segments (DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, and Charge Capture powered by MDTech) but the vision is to bring these different teams, processes, and policies together as One EverHealth team, and this is a critical role that will help in the rollout of this plan. The portfolio of products include EHR, Practice Management, RCM services, practice communication tools, patient engagement tools, and mobile charge capture.

As a critical member of the EverHealth Operations Team, the Training + Enablement Leader is responsible for leading and driving the management and continuous improvement of training and enablement for EverHealth. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of healthcare technology and a proven track record of developing training programs and enabling sales teams to reach their fullest potential, unlocking unprecedent revenue growth. You can thrive in a fast-paced environment, are flexible and comfortable with changing priorities, can distill large amounts of information into simple concepts, and can build effective working relationships cross-functionally. This role ranges from Director to Manager level, based on your experience and competencies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a training and enablement roadmap, strategies, and programs across multiple teams in alignment with One EverHealth vision and business objectives.
Design and drive sales enablement initiatives across multiple sales teams and products that involve different sales motions and ensure alignment with the One EverHealth sales vision. Work closely with sales leadership to establish role-specific training plans focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies, such as objection-handling, pricing negotiation, effective discovery, closing tactics, etc.
Oversee sales operations with a dedicated team member, including commission calculations, data analysis requests, and constant data hygiene.
Lead, coach, and provide direction to the entire training and enablement function who creates relevant, meaningful, high-impact enablement materials, programs, and training.
Work closely with cross-functional and senior leadership to establish role-specific training plans focused on developing and reinforcing critical competencies, contextual to their role in EverHealth.
Become a subject matter expert about our products & services, and in collaboration with the relevant teams, own training and enablement for business processes education and change management.
In collaboration with the product and marketing teams, own training and enablement for any go-to-market processes as well as participate with competitive intelligence work.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization, to include celebration and recognition programs.
Own the planning, set-up, event logistics and everything else that goes into running a successful annual training and enablement roadmap.
Oversee a centralized repository of training and enablement process, policy, material, collateral, training, etc.
Maintain and utilize deep industry knowledge to drive decision-making to increase revenues and implement cost savings or avoidance.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of training and enablement programs, making data-driven optimizations, as needed.
Support our internal customers to enable success, as needed.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
Minimum 7 years of sales enablement experience in a $100M+ ARR business, with no less than 5 years leading/managing sales enablement teams.
Experience with SAAS-based healthcare technology, with a preference towards EHR/Practice Management software.
Proven track record of effectively developing training and enablement processes, metrics, and training/coaching programs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to put together high-quality presentations quickly and speak to all levels in the room.
Understanding of both simple and complex sales cycles, processes, and buyer personas.
Expert-level Salesforce.com experience and related sales tech stack administration/management experience.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Advanced project management and change management capabilities and/or experience, leading multiple projects with multiple stakeholders under tight timelines
Attention to detail with a drive to deliver high-quality, high-impact outcomes.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools of the trade.
Proven track record of effectively developing enablement processes, metrics, and training/coaching programs.

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $135,000 to $145,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
