We are looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst & Sr Salesforce Administrator to focus on our EverHealth division. EverHealth consists of SaaS products; DrChrono, EMHware, Good Therapy, AllMeds, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, Therapy Partner and MDTech. EverHealth provides modern end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers. We are looking for a Sr Business Systems Analyst to support the EverCommerce Business Operations team and focus on implementing and maintaining Salesforce CRM, CRM app ecosystem, CPQ, and other commercial and data applications across the EverCommerce portfolio. Business Operations is the subject matter on business systems and cross-functional processes and provides both regular support and maintenance and strategic guidance to help our solutions teams extract the maximum value out of the available tools and processes.

As a Sr Business Systems Analyst, you will drive efficiency throughout lead to quote and CPQ processes using your expertise in Salesforce and related commercial and billing applications. You are fluent in core Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ and other automation tools (Flows, Price Rules, Product Rules) and the Salesforce data model. This fluency enables to design and build customizations, quote templates, and workflows to meet the needs of our solutions teams now and in the future. You provide subject matter expertise in lead to quote and CPQ processes and are conversant in the functions and requirements of cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, and Accounting.

 Responsibilities:

Lead discovery sessions to understand and document current state lead to quote and CPQ process, issues impacting user experience and revenue leakage, and requirements for future state implementation. Understand and align requirements provided by complex set of stakeholders, including: Legal, Accounting, Billing, Marketing, Sales, and others. Lead design sessions with cross-functional teams to review and document future state processes and system architecture. Implement and administer multiple Salesforce and related commercial applications and environments.  Categories include:CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)Sales Enablement solutions (SalesLoft, Outreach, InsideSales, etc.)Telephony solutions (Talkdesk, Ring Central, native CRM voice solutions, etc.)Support Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.)Lead user acceptance testing for major CPQ build items, including development of test plans and support of test users. Enable end-user success through seminar-style training sessions, office hours, and ad-hoc support channels. Support mentorship of other team resources in CPQ tools and best practice. Collaborate on the development of templates and playbooks to ensure that the team is optimally positioned to leverage our collective knowledge and experience and ensure predictable, high-quality project outcomes. Engage with Evercommerce and subsidiary leadership on status updates, working sessions, and solution design. Communicate recommendations, project progress, and achieved outcomes through a variety of media, including: presentations, emails, and diagrams such as Lucid Chart or similar.

Skills and Experience:

5+ years of Salesforce.com, CPQ administration, or other related work experience such as equivalent CRM administration, Zuora billing or CPQ administration, etc.Experienced with scrum and agile software development methods and tactics, including  epic and user story development, backlog grooming and refinement, and collaborating with engineering, product owner, and end-user stakeholdersUnderstanding of sales processes and terminology and general understanding of lead to quote and quote-to-cash and/or accounting principles Experience with Excel, SQL, data warehouses, BI tools like Looker or PowerBI, and/or data engineering tools and platforms a STRONG plusAbility to advise and influence senior business leaders across organizational lines. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily Excellent attention to detail Desire to develop project management skills

Where: Remote – US, with 2-4 weeks of travel a year


The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base salary for this position is $90,000 to $105,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
