The EverPro business within EverCommerce offers business management solutions that help home and field service small businesses work more efficiently and improve every touchpoint with their customers.  Software solutions customized for field services, landscaping, pest and lawn, remodeling and roofing help these businesses with everything from scheduling and tracking jobs, to quoting, invoicing and payments processing, to customer relationship, review and reputation management.  

 

The Invoicing vertical within EverPro focuses on business management and payments solutions for small service businesses through our Invoice Simple and Joist products. These solutions help service professionals efficiently manage their business finances, from creating estimates and invoices to processing payments and tracking jobs. Our products serve hundreds of thousands of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and micro-businesses across hundreds of industries across multiple geographies. 

Position Summary: 

The Business Performance Analyst will drive strategic success through comprehensive performance tracking and optimization for our Invoicing products (Invoice Simple and Joist), reporting to the Mobile Solutions Market Leader. This role focuses on tracking initiative performance, creating executive-level reporting, and providing critical insights that inform strategic adjustments. As a key member of the market leadership team, you'll transform performance data into actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making across the business. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Performance Monitoring & Technical Reporting:  

Design comprehensive performance monitoring frameworks for strategic initiatives 

Build and maintain data pipelines and automated reporting systems 

Create executive dashboards and reporting structures using SQL and visualization tools 

Track progress against strategic OKRs and critical business objectives 

Develop standardized KPI frameworks and technical measurement solutions 

Prepare quarterly business reviews and executive performance summaries 

Initiative Effectiveness Analysis:  

Monitor the effectiveness and ROI of strategic initiatives 

Provide objective analysis on program performance and strategic investments 

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across business initiatives 

Evaluate resource allocation effectiveness across strategic priorities 

Recommend course corrections for underperforming initiatives 

 

Strategic Decision Support:  

Translate complex performance data into clear strategic insights 

Identify optimization opportunities across the business 

Support strategic planning with performance-based recommendations 

Provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making 

Develop frameworks for evaluating strategic opportunities 

 

Cross-functional Collaboration:  

Partner with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to establish aligned success metrics 

Support Strategic Planning Manager with performance data for OKR development 

Collaborate with Business Development to evaluate partnership performance 

Work with Market Leader on strategic reviews and business performance 

Assist functional teams in defining and tracking success metrics  

 

Qualifications: 

5+ years of experience in performance analytics, business intelligence, or strategic operations 

Strong technical skills including proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools, and analytics platforms 

Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and building automated reporting solutions 

Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for complex data analysis 

Experience tracking initiative effectiveness and strategic program evaluation 

BS/BA in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Economics or related field; MBA preferred 

Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics and performance indicators 

Proven track record of influencing decisions through data-driven insights 

Experience with OKR frameworks and strategic planning processes 

Ability to communicate complex analytics clearly to executive audiences

Where: Remote, Ontario/Canada

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role will require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America. 

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $110,000 - $1250,000 CAD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above
