We are looking for a Events Coordinator to focus on our offsite events hosted by Service Nation and to assist with registration support for all events and training classes.

Service Nation is the premier best-practice membership group focused on total contractor solutions. We provide the essential knowledge and training that contractors need to run their businesses efficiently and effectively. Education is based on the following 7 pillars: Business Design, Financials, Human Resources, Leadership, Marketing, Operations and Sales.

The Events Coordinator will assists with remote conferences and training classes, event software and registration forms, registration support, and other logistical and administrative tasks related to events and training.

General Tasks

·      Correspond with contractor attendees, member prospects, members, and exhibitor attendees by email, phone, and various other communications methods

·      Program registration forms in Cvent and on the Service Nation website

·      Provide registration support for conferences, offsite events, and internal training classes

·      Manage VIP groups or guests and special arrangements

·      Track event data and generate reports

·      Order supplies and promo items

·      Plan site visits, as directed

·      Attend weekly meetings, develop meeting agendas and take notes

·      Trade show logistics and arrangements, as directed

Events

·      Assist with setup of registration, evening events, common areas, offsite venues, special and VIP events, and other areas as requested by the event managers and producers

·      Attend all major conferences and manage the registration desk, including all employees and/or contractors working the registration desk

·      Attend regional events as event manager and assist with setup and catering

·      Conduct site visits, as directed

Skills

·      Proficient with Cvent

·      Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel

·      Event/Project Management

·      Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills

·      Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail

·      Creative thinking, and ability to solve unexpected problems

Experience

·      1 Year Building events in Cvent and programming registration forms

·      1 Year managing registration at an event with a minimum of 300 attendees.

·      1 Year managing remote events for under 40 attendees, without assistance

·      1 Year working with hotels or event venue managers, or convention service managers

·      Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, project management, or similar field.

Preferred

·      Experience managing a registration desk for a show with over 1,000 attendees.

·      CMP, CMM, CSEP, CEM, CAPM, PMP or other related industry certifications

Where: [Travel approximately 10-12 times per year. Mandatory attendance at both major conferences in the spring and fall, and 1 mandatory site visit in advance of each event. Travel to our office for planning 2x per year, and travel to host Amp Regional Events, as needed]


The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $65,000 to $$75,000 USD per /year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
