Become an integral part of our team as an Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Center Senior Assistant, supporting the efficient functioning of EBP Center trainings and projects. This role requires either a bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline or 2 years of relevant experience, along with demonstrated proficiency in MS Office software. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities are paramount. As a Senior Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in organizing trainings, maintaining data, supporting EBP Coordinators, and contributing to various EBP Center projects.

Responsibilities

As an EBP Center Senior Assistant, your responsibilities encompass organizing EBP Center trainings, assisting EBP Coordinators with trainees in the certification pipeline, maintaining and reporting training-related data, preparing meeting materials, proofreading documents, handling supply orders, conducting literature searches, making travel arrangements, and upholding a customer service-oriented approach both internally and externally. Additionally, you'll ensure the confidentiality and security of organizational information.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a social science discipline OR 2 years of relevant experienceProficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPointStrong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skillsCustomer service orientation with internal and external customersWillingness to travel to various locations in the United States as needed
