Join us in pushing the boundaries of space exploration! We are looking for an experienced Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to support NASA's groundbreaking HelioSwarm Project under NASA's Consolidated Program Support Services contract at the Ames Research Center (ARC). This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in aerospace and contribute to the success of a mission that will expand humanity's understanding of the universe. This position is located in our San Jose, CA office with work performed at client site in Ames Research Center (ARC) Mountain View, CA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Selected candidate must be able to work at our client site (Ames Research Center, Mountain View, CA) three days a week.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Conduct EVM data analysis and reporting using tools like Cobra and Empower.
-Analyze Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs) and implement EVM methodologies for variance analysis.
-Perform schedule critical path analysis and integrate MS Project or Primavera schedules with Cobra.
-Ensure compliance with EIA-748 EVMS 32 guidelines through gap analysis and process development.
-Facilitate EVMS implementation, training, and support for Control Account Managers (CAMs)
-Develop EVM Implementation Plans, prepare monthly summary reports, and participate in Integrated Baseline Reports (IBRs).
-Conduct data validity checks to ensure reliable EVM reporting and provide independent EVM analysis.
-Collaborate with project schedulers and financial teams to integrate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), schedules, and cost data.
-Prepare Estimates at Complete (EACs) and support annual comprehensive EAC processes.
-Assist with the preparation and execution of Joint Confidence Level (JCL) analysis.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-15+ years of experience in Aerospace or Research and Development projects.
-2+ years of experience with Cobra ad Empower EVM tools.
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
-Strong expertise in implementing and managing integrated scheduling tools.
-Comprehensive understanding of EIA-748 earned value management (EVM) principles.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $195,200.00.
