EVMS Technical Project Manager

Clover Leaf is seeking an EVMS Technical Project Manager to support the successful execution of operational and technical projects. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes. The Technical Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and programmatic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Define technical requirements, project deliverables, budgets, and schedules. Plan, track, and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with defined timelines and objectives. Develop and manage work packages that outline tasks and deliverables to meet programmatic needs. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers. Foster strong relationships with customers, including federal agencies and internal laboratory organizations, to ensure alignment with expectations. Monitor and report project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Support compliance with DOE 413.3B work scope and DOE Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) reporting, as required.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required; post-graduate coursework is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders, including challenging customers. Experience in problem-solving, project organization, and managing complex technical projects. Strong communication skills to convey technical and operational information effectively.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting DOE 413.3B work scope. Familiarity with DOE EVMS reporting. Demonstrated success managing projects in highly technical or operational environments.
