EVO M&A Product Portfolio Manager JV
What you’ll do

We are looking for a trusted and motivated M&A Product Portfolio Manager who can effectively deliver M&A projects in the area of SAP ERP, consult the business and is passionate for innovation.
The candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of SAP Finance, HR and SCM solutions, strong knowledge off Finance, HR and SCM business processes as well SAP cloud solutions and integration between these and other applications. .

 

The role will need to blend SAP functional expertise, business process knowledge and strong stakeholder management to achieve an effective outcome that meets the needs of our business, driving the SAP ERP part of M&A projects with business alignment so that we ensure delivery across matrix teams and collaborate with vendors and system integrators to execute our priorities. 

 

The candidate will serve as the key technology point of contact to ensure effective support, advice and expertise on the deal preparation and execution of mergers , spin offs and divestures. 

 

The candidate will also ensure compliancy with security, architecture, privacy/GDPR, SOX and audit controls.

 

Key responsibilities:
•    Accountable E2E for all EVO related aspects in M&A projects. Ensuring the integration of companies and exits of divested entities from EVO are achieved within the agreed time and budget
•    Accountable for adopting the team to changing M&A requirements
•    Accountable for ensuring the M&A team can support newly implemented technologies, methodologies, automation and service improvements in order to achieve a smooth integration or a smooth exit
•    Accountable for Business Case inputs related to M&A projects initiated by the business including the costing of effort, landscape and delivery capabilities in line with Global architecture standards
•    Accountable for ensuring all M&A project activities meet IT policy guidelines in terms of SoX, IT controls, IT resilience and vulnerability management.    Core competencies, knowledge and experience
•    Proven capability as ERP product manager in large scale, complex M&A projects for multi-functional, multi-national TelCo organizations
•    In depth knowledge of ERP systems and business processes and software development lifecycles in the areas of Finance, SCM and HR
•    Management & leadership skills 
•    Experience in managing off-shore shared services centre resources, conducting regular service reviews with the focus on continuous improvements   
•    Proven ability to build and expand high performing teams
 

Who you are

•    University degree in a relevant field (IT, Finance etc.)
•    SAP Certified
•    Detailed and extensive knowledge of all SAP Finance, SCM and HR functionality, as well as SAP S4HANA knowledge and experience 
•    SCRUM or Agile delivery experience as plus
•    Minimum 10 years’ experience in delivering BI/ERP Projects in international environment.
