Responsibilities:

Analyze local processes and define user requirements Collaborate with Key Users, site leads, Business Architects, and Functional Consultants on process solutions Facilitate business acceptance, manage expectations with local management, and ensure smooth communication between teams Complete the Train-the-Trainer program and assist with training Support documentation, data migration, change management, and testing (BAT/UAT) Manage cutover activities and prepare training materials

Qualifications:

Experience with SAP eWM, LEAN ERP, or similar systems preferred Strong understanding of business processes and excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
