EWP Software Product Support I

Boise Cascade Wood Products has an opening for an EWP Software Product Support I. 

Responsibilities:

This position will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Boise Cascade EWP proprietary software products: BC Framer, BC Calc, and BC Connect; Communicate with Boise Cascade customers, architects/designers/engineers; Use of cloud-based customer service platform, Zendesk, for email and call tracking, customer management, and knowledge-based technical documentation; Navigation of bug tracking via project management software platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

Technical or College Degree Work experience is related to job function- minimum two years required Knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS and ability to support/troubleshoot/diagnose software and hardware components as they may affect installation or functionality of Boise Cascade EWP Software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge/prior experience with Engineered Wood Product applications, truss design, CADD, computer hardware Strong verbal and written technical communication skills Ability to work independently Demonstrate strong customer service goals Demonstrate organization, self-motivation, and self-management
