• Executive Host is responsible in providing high quality services to our Premium players by constantly striving to delight them and exceed their expectations through MOT.
• As front runners of GEG and project a good image and goodwill of the company
• Be able to recognize regular / high value players and provide good customer service at all time by applying Horizon service standard
• Maintain good and healthy relationships with Premium players with the ultimate goal of increasing new business and player retention.
• Provide Premium players with an exceptional gaming experience and exceed players expectations through MOT.
• Be familiar with all current and upcoming special events, promotions, entertainment and all casino facilities and provide information about facilities, entertainment, promotions and benefits of GEG
• Assist players with hotel, transport, dining & Horizon facilities reservation
• Meet & Greet players upon arrival and send off Premium player upon departure.
• Offer comps to qualified players in accordance to company guidelines and policy.
• Responsible for achieving set goals, such as the theowin, rooms, new business referral, inviting qualified patrons to participate in our current promotions and special events such as tournaments, concerts, dinner, and telemarketing efforts.
• To conduct in-coming shift briefings and out-going shift briefings and related general or operational information or any new instruction to the hosts
• Obtain guest feedbacks to determine program effectiveness.
• Keeps track of existing Casino programs and services and/or progress on new initiatives.
• Carry out all related counter duties and other duty as assigned by the superior.
• Anticipating customer needs and proactively resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Protect the confidentiality of all company files and documents under their immediate control.
• Notify immediate superior of any incidents, suspicious or unusual activity or transactions in a timely and responsible manner.
• Prepare shift and daily report as required by the superior for management reviews.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by superior or to carry out any other duties which are reasonably deemed to be consistent with the demands and within the job responsibilities.
• Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
• Form 5 graduate or above with minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service within hospitality industry
• Fluent in verbal English, Mandarin & Cantonese language skills are essential, knowledge in other native language such Korean, Thai, Japanese is an added advantage
• Able to work staggered shift
• Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel
