Job Summary
The Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, Office of Student Affairs, is seeking a temporary exam proctor for the period of April 30th through May 9th, 2025, with one hour of training to take place prior to April 30th. Hours will be assigned based on need.
Essential Functions
Provide standardized instructions to students for starting and stopping exams. Monitor the room for exam integrity. Manage any unique needs, including excused breaks, for students with exam accommodations. Communicate with the exam team about any issues that arise.Required Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience. Please review the Equivalency Chart for additional information. Good communication skills Patience and ability to manage a stressful environment Proctors may be asked to monitor a room for up to 6 hours, but will be provided with relief for breaks. Monitoring the room is primarily a seated activity but does involve some movement for starting the exam, addressing issues, and collecting exams.Physical Demands

This is a Part-Time per diem position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
