**Description** TRANZACT Exam Proctor We are currently seeking a highly motivated test center Proctor who will ensure smooth test center operations by verifying candidate identification, explaining procedures, monitoring exams, and maintaining a secure testing environment, while also troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining the test center’s cleanliness. **Qualifications** What You Need for this Job •High school diploma or equivalent is required. + Strong attention to detail. + Great communication and customer service skills. + Dependability and punctuality are essential. + Must be flexible in work hours and days. + Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). + Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues (restarting a computer, connecting to the internet). + Demonstrated skills in exam administration, including ability to provide a secure, fair and reliable testing environment. + Ability to work in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices, and see details from a distance. + You must be able to sit for long periods of time and also escort candidates to and from testing room. + Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred; with Pearson Vue a plus. **Key Responsibilities include:** **Candidate Management:** + Verify candidate identification and registration. + Explain test procedures to candidates. + Distribute and collect examination materials. + Monitor candidates during exams to ensure integrity and prevent cheating. **Test Center Operations:** + Maintain a secure and conducive testing environment. + Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments. + Report any rule violations or unusual occurrences during examinations. + Complete light housekeeping duties, such as sanitizing keyboards and vacuuming floors. **Adherence to Procedures:** + Comply with all testing procedures and company policies. + Maintain all testing certifications for Pearson Vue and other testing organizations.
