The ideal candidate will be board certified/eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management and looking to join a dedicated and collegial team part of our growing Neurosciences Institute. There is also opportunity for academic affiliation, with optional university faculty appointment as well as teaching and research if interested. Norwalk Hospital has 366 beds and is also a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 50,000 ED visits per year.
