This position is responsible for developing and executing account management plans that will focus on driving value into key accounts. A critical success factor will be aligning Excellerate’s current service offerings with the key client needs and working with COE leaders to drive future service offerings that meet customer needs and expectations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 1-2 years of Excellerate/Site experience preferred. Experience with Bluebeam, Inventor or Revit preferred.
Travel: 15-20%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generates early involvement opportunities for Excellerate.Participates in developing effective client relations and delivery processes to ensure customer needs are met.Maintains awareness of client opportunities in the pipeline.Has a working knowledge of all Excellerate’ s capabilities to share with clients.Drawing review and redlines of fabrication, manufacturing, construction prints.BOM creation, review, and identification of missing parts and information.Helps drive success of client while meeting or exceeding FTI corporate goals.Works closely with all leaders to ensure effective coordination and integration are occurring.Monitors progress of awarded projects and successful initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.Demonstrates approachability and ability to effectively collaborate and influence others.Manage relations with key customer contacts, meeting onsite with customer as needed.Ensure effective employee relations.Maintains all relevant trade licenses and certifications.Able to provide customer service and answer questions for internal and external customers.Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.Performs other related duties as required and assignedThe job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee's ability to perform the position described.
