**Responsibilities:**
;
The Implementation Lead reports to the Manager, Business Implementation, and supports new business implementations as AmeriHealth Caritas enters new markets. The Lead's contributions will impact the growth and cost management of the Exchange segment.; Works on topics of moderately complex scope, requiring independent judgment and applying an intermediate level of subject matter expertise with limited oversight, often requires evaluating multiple competing factors across functional areas.; Manages the work efforts of small to medium teams, capable of delivering several tasks simultaneously within tight time frames.
+ Leads cross-functional business readiness activities, understanding and applying regulatory requirements to support new business implementations, including creating policies and procedures, business processes, etc.
+ Partners with customer experience, operations, marketing, and IT to support and coordinate necessary system and configuration changes and socialize upcoming timelines to implement new Exchange business.
+ Supports the manager in communication and open enrollment readiness activities across all Exchange segment service areas.
+ Leads the resolution of issues to support new business implementations and communicate outcomes.
+ Works on topics of moderately complex scope, requiring independent judgment, applying an intermediate level of subject matter expertise with limited oversight, and evaluating multiple competing factors across functional areas.;
+ Manages the work efforts of small to medium teams, capable of delivering several tasks simultaneously within tight time frames.
+ Other duties as assigned.;
; **Education & Qualifications:**
+ A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.;
+ 3 to 5 years of experience in enrollment, vendor management, or new business implementation. ;
+ Detail-oriented, ability to work in “gray areas” towards a solution.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
+ Demonstrated ability to conduct research, learn, and apply the learning in a business environment.
+ Ability to communicate business and financial analytics and reports across disciplines.
+ Proven ability to work across organizations and gain/build stakeholder trust.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
+ Facets experience preferred.
+ Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of key business functions and capabilities, CMS and state healthcare regulations, operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to business plan business readiness activities.
