**Role Overview:;** The Exchange Product Lead reports to the Manager of the Exchange Product and collaborates with the enterprise to build and implement the Exchange product portfolio.; The Lead’s contributions will impact the growth and cost management of the Exchange segment.; Works on topics of moderately complex scope, requiring the exercise of independent judgment and the application of an intermediate level of subject matter expertise with limited oversight, often requiring evaluation of multiple competing factors across functional areas.
**Work Arrangement:**
+ Remote - Associate can work remotely anywhere in the United States.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supports the implementation of products, including, but not limited to, developing all forms, templates, and other materials that support annual Qualified Health Plan (QHP) filings.
+ Acts as the benefits enterprise subject matter expert (SME), ensuring products meet regulatory requirements.
+ Supports growth and strategy efforts through the execution of work plan goals and makes recommendations around product portfolio adjustments.
+ Works collaboratively across the enterprise to coordinate activities required to stand up the products, including leading work across cross-functional teams.
+ Supports product submission efforts throughout the annual state filing and QHP submission process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders through certification.
+ Review product-related templates and documentation for quality assurance.
**Education & Experience:**
+ A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
+ 3 or more years of experience in QHP filing submissions (Evidence of Coverage or Certificate of Coverage), regulatory, or project management.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
**Skills & Abilities:**
+ Detail-oriented, able to work in “gray areas” toward a solution.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
+ Demonstrated ability to conduct research, learn, and apply the learning in a business environment.
+ Communicate business and financial analytics and reports across disciplines.
+ Proven ability to work across organizations and gain/build stakeholder trust.
