Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with directors on high-profile residential and masterplanning projects  Developing designs and running projects in mixed-use residential schemes Support planning stages, including preparing applications and design codes aligned with UK regulations Contribute to visioning and design guidance documentation for diverse client and stakeholder needs

Skills and Experience

Experience in residential and masterplanning design  Proficient in Revit, InDesign, and SketchUp Confident in written and visual communication, with experience presenting ideas clearly Understanding of the UK planning process, with experience in application preparation Organized, able to manage multiple deadlines, and works well in a team Interest in sustainable design and forward-thinking residential trends
