Job Description

Your task as an Execution Owner will be:

Lead the Execution Team to implement concept design from Product team into local production or buyout suppliers, with support of purchasing, quality, logistic, and engineering expertise teams.Allocates and prioritize resources (HC and budget) to business needsNominates team members to projects, serial support, cost saving, quality, promotions and ALR projects and postponement projectsIndustrialize all products in the region on-time, on-budget and on-qualityDefine and drive implementation strategy and efficiency (shorter duration, less HC/project, design maturity)

Your task as an Expertise Owner will be:

Lead the Test Center to the future Verification and Validation needs of system (product /HW &embedded SW)Supply reliable and appropriate data (test results) for customers in required time and qualityReduce testing through put time via strengthened usage of automatised tests including  HALT (highly accelearted life tests) and doing the right tests to support the strategic goal to reduce project timelines and deliver systems into the market right from the beginning

Qualifications5+ years of leadership experience, ideally in engineering roles

Profound knowledge of technical, quality and cost aspects of Powertool productsProject Management skillsBudget Management(CC,MAE,PPC)Structured & systematic wayAnalytic, problem-solving stills
