Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain team is seeking a passionate, proactive and driven Experienced Execution Program Analyst (Level 3), based out of the Boeing facility in Dallas, TX.

This individual will be a part of the Execution organization supporting the exciting and rapidly growing Landing Gear Exchange Program. This individual is critical to the success of the program by ensuring all internal facing actions are executed on with responsibilities including, but not limited to: Processing various transactions within SAP, managing quality / warranty related program issues, managing all customer & program related documentation and working hand-in-hand with the customer focal within your respective program to support customer calls and requirements. This individual will collaborate closely with various functions in the Supply Chain value stream to ensure we proactively plan for future requirements and rapidly resolve any issues that could delay meeting customer commitments.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options

Position Responsibilities:

Process multiple various transactions within SAP to execute customer exchanges  

Manage quality / warranty related program issues, coordinates with teams to lead and track root case corrective actions and follow up with customer to resolve issues

Manage all customer & program related documentation (ex. Back-to-birth records) for off gear and exchange gears  

Work hand-in-hand with the customer focal within your respective program to support customer calls and requirements

Proactively track and manage various program actions

Partner & cross collaborate with supply chain value stream functions to ensure proactive planning & mitigate program risks 

Contribute to team process improvement, standardization & documentation

Mitigate risks and issues

This position requires a high level of personal accountability, flexibility, organization and a proactive mindset with the ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain

3+ years of experience working with SAP

3+ years of experience with aircraft documentation

Experience exercising critical thinking & problem solving 

Communication skills, collaboration, and customer focus

Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Subject matter expert on aerospace documentation knowledge

Project management experience

Experience in data or business analysis    

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field 

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
