The Work Itself Provide comprehensive security and protection for executives to ensure their safety.Identify and mitigate potential hostile situations to safeguard executives and events.Understand and handle threats associated with C-Suite executives.Communicate optimally with all collaborators.Maintain security on the executive floor and adapt to the fast-paced environment.Screen and process visitors at the executive floor security desk.Conduct site security advances and liaise with law enforcement and security professionals.Provide secure transportation for executives as required.Respond to emergencies and assist executives as vital.Request threat assessments and assist with security plans and briefs.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The Skills You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; College degree preferred.Be available to work nights, holiday, and weekends is required. Prior experience in security, law enforcement is strongly preferredQuick decision-making abilities and the capacity to adapt to rapidly changing situations.Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Legal eligibility to work in the United States.Valid state driver's license.Ability to pass background checks, reference checks, and drug testing.Basic digital literacy.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform under stress. Base Pay Range: $55000 - $80000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer. Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
