Our Energy team is currently looking for experience, Work Pack Developers/Preparers or Resource Estimators to join our client's offshore project. The role will see you work on electrical work order scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the main interface with our maintenance planning and execution teams to acquire necessary information to prepare permits, permit templates and personal isolationsProvide execution readiness checks for work orders as it enters short term planningNotify project relevant stakeholders of any potential risks to permit readiness/material deliveryCollaborate across multiple disciplines within the team to deliver multi-disciplines scopes (Mechanical, Inlec, Rope Access)Identify permit template opportunities for PM and repeat CM work scopesDevelop permit template archiveSupport offshore execution team with ESB preparation and other urgent requestsConduct permit and personal isolation walk downs

What you’ll bring:

Trade qualification and certificatesProven experience within the energy or refinery industriesExperience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP systemProficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levelsA willingness to travel to site as per operational requirementsFull Australian work rights (with no limitations)
