BUNGE has an exciting opportunity available for an Execution Specialist. In this role, you will be in charge of the coordination of shipments with all the correspondent parties involved, the issuance of documents and distribution of shipment documents on time according to established policies and procedures; making sure all deadlines for each of the processes around Trade Operations are met.

More on the Execution Specialist role:

 

Ensure proper execution of contracts and the vessels assigned, including documentation process from contract to final invoice and other related documents. Act as liaison with traders, brokers, port agents at origin and destinations, supervision companies, internal and external clients to ensure the smooth flow of information and execution between departments. Continuously follow up the status of the vessels and operations/tasks assigned. Timely issuance of shipping documents assigned to operations (i.e., BLs, COO/EUR1/T2L, Official Sanitary certificates, etc.) Documents distribution (issuance and delivery on time) for ensuring a presentation and cash cycle in accordance with the required TATs. Daily maintenance of operation’s folders and KPIs files. Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety procedures and regulations.

 

 

We are looking for different aspects and education in our ideal candidate:

 

Degree in Business Management, International Business, Logistics or related field. +/- 4 years of experience in Import / Export operations or related field. Desirable to have worked with bulk shipments. Advanced in both written and spoken English and Spanish. Desirable 3rd language (i.e., French, German, Portuguese). Computer proficiency (SAP, Analytical tools, MS Office). Desirable knowledge of contracts i.e., GAFTA/FOSFA/INCOTERMS/ANEC Desirable knowledge of international payment terms i.e., LC/CAD/Documentary Collection
