Job Description SummaryThe role encompasses the establishment of standard operating procedures for order processing, with mechanisms implemented at the regional level. Key metrics and KPIs are defined and monitored to enhance performance, while ensuring that orders are fulfilled and executed promptly in accordance with customer requests. The role involves engaging with various stakeholders, including Sales, Commercial Regional Managers, the ITO/COE team, Finance, Logistics, and the Controllership team, to ensure effective customer fulfillment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Segment, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Service, Legal, Finance and Controllership to identify improvement opportunities and implement process changes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of units.Driving and coordinating weekly meetings among Sales, Segment, and Regional Managers to discuss pacing and linearity.Ensure rigor around collection/closure of Order Documents, Inventory Management, Billing and Outbound Logistics thereby facilitating the complete process of Order processing up to Revenue Recognition. Update on PNDT status of orders in backlog; ensure compliance of the PC-PNDT Act & related documents pertaining to order processing.Facilitate weekly reviews on health of order backlog and cancellations.Manage all field escalations related to document collection, approved movement, invoices, short shipments, requests for installation, legal approvals, etc. and ensure resolution within the designated timeframe.Develop, maintain, and optimize analytical reports and dashboards by integrating data sets from various sources, including financial and operational data. Foster a robust culture of quality, controllership, and regulatory compliance across all processes. Lead Lean/Simplification projects to improve process effectiveness and efficiency. Drive operational excellence in business planning, executive forecasting, account planning, and training, while collaborating closely with the senior leadership team to provide valuable business insights.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

4-5 years of experience working in materials management, or supply chain management involving flow products.

Excellent oral and written communications skills.

Ability to effectively lead and manage a team.

Analytical and process skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Power Point, and Word

Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives
