Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Execution Strategy Leader is to lead and execute Barcel's merchandising, promotional, and strategic initiatives in alignment with the broader goals and values of Barcel. This position is responsible for driving growth through a growth mindset and leadership, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various teams. The role ensures the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs), develops and implements merchandising and promotional strategies, and promotes the Barcel brand through clear communication and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for Promotional Merchandising Execution Plan. Barcel primary contact to BBU DSDE COE. Responsible for leading and act as a Vision Carrier for DSDE (BBU Way to DSDE, BBU Way to Coach, BBU Way to Sell, BBU Way to Operate, BBU Way to WC Merchandising, BBU Way to Safety Excellence) Responsible to Develop, Support and Communicate Barcel Brand Stewardship in coordination with Barcel/DSDE COE (World Class Merchandising, Brand Facts) Responsible to Develop, Support and Communicate Barcel Promotional Strategy Summary by Week. Responsible to Develop, Support and Communicate Barcel POG Strategy and Flow with Barcel/DSDE COE. Responsible to Develop, Support and Communicate BLU Marketing and Category Management with Barcel/DSDE COE. Responsible to Develop, Support and Communicate Frontline Communication/Training with Barcel/DSDE COE Responsible to Develop, Support and Communicate Technology and Tools with Barcel/DSDE COE. (Boom App, Gold Standard, Volt) Responsible for BLU Customer Team Large Format Focus/Synergy Support. (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Safeway Responsible for BLU Customer Team Small Format Focus/Synergy Support. (BMBE) Responsible to Develop, Support and Communicate National Communications platforms. (Big Wins, DSDE Insights, Customer Communications) Track and Report Barcel Voids and Out of Stocks. Aligns Barcel focus areas with DSDE COE to deliver performance to BLU Customer and Marketing strategies. Leads Barcel Innovation support, communication, strategy, Execution strategy, expectations with Frontline (BBU/Barcel) Support BBU Sr Leadership/DSDE COE Presentations and Meetings as required. Coordinates and Ensures implementation of all Barcel training is assigned and executed. Ensure Barcel Gold Standards are communicated and understood. (All Leaders) Communicate effectively with all functions.
