About You

As the front of house and often first point of contact for external visitors, a Receptionist must serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Receptionist’s duties include managing front desk on a daily basis to perform administrative support and clerical tasks

Your Day-to-Day

Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondenceGreeting all visitorsSend reminder & follow up appointmentsPossibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furnitureTo attend pantry, stationary, uniform & name card requisitionPerforming ad-hoc administration dutiesMaintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)Receiving and dispatching deliveriesAssisting with mail as required

Your Know-How

Minimum of 2 years in receptionist related experienceGood communication skillsMeticulous in paperworkGreat attitude and willing to learnPleasant personality
