Job Summary

Agency channel management and administration on non-sales related operating matters, including but not exhaustive: new agents’ registration, maintenance of an updated agent database, agent income tax administration, agent incentives administration, and other ad-hoc supports.

 

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining, managing and administartion of agency related matter  and  support branches on all enquiries on operations  related issues

 

Key Requirements

Holding Diploma in any fields or equivalent. Good comand of English and Bahasa Malaysia, good communication skill, problem solving abilities , teamwork and leadership qualities. Proficiency in excel, must able to prepare spreadsheet designing for various reports, database, data analysis effectively using excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and PivotTables. Be attention to details on the accurancy working on large database and fomular in excel. Time management and effectively priotising tasks  and able to work under pressure.
