You'll track listings, process requests, liaise with external parties, and handle documents. You'll also create accounts, monitor ownership recovery, and offer solutions to related issues. Your Day-to-Day

To record and maintain the ownership transfer tracking listingTo support and perform all the ownership transfer requestTo perform filtration on the requirement fulfillment before performing ownership transfer and
To liaise with external parties on all the required action on JPJ ownership transferTo obtain and safekeeping on all relevant supporting documents of the ownership transfer providedTo provide the relevant documents or information as per request from the internal parties.Perform account creation for new joiner business development executive or dealerMonitoring and obtain ownership transfer back to company for all return and rejected unitAssist on any ad-hoc project if needed and provide solutions to the related parties if facing any issue under ownership transfer related matters.
