About You
CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Telesales ,Customer Service (B2C). We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills. Your duties identifying potential customers and setting Free Test Drive appointments / Video Car Tour.

Your Day-To-Day

Perform Outbound Calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME’s CRM system & also handle leads via CARSOMEWhatsApp platformAttend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, product & service offerings.Support customers in account registration,test drive appointments and also car bookingProactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelledProactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.Deliver a high level of customer satisfactionUphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided.

Your Know How

Education- SPM/Diploma/Degree Proven Customer Support/Service/ TelesalesAble to work under a fast phase environment Have a positive mindset, sales oriented personCandidate with high integrity in values Prior professional experience in automotive industry preferred but not compulsory.Candidate must will to work alternate 6 days Candidate must will to work on Public holiday and WeekendOffice location - The Ascent Kelana JayaStrong, English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills, mandarin will be plus
