The Opportunity

TRS is part of EY’s Strategy & Transaction (SaT) business, working with companies and stakeholders at times of change, and often at an exciting pace.

The TRS Brand and Markets team works with senior partners and other stakeholders to deliver market leading thought leadership and content, such as our quarterly Profit Warning Campaign, as well as developing market insights and social media content to support TRS market and brand activity in line with our strategic priorities.

Our clients can be companies, government bodies or financial stakeholders like lenders or shareholders.  They might be on the brink of a crisis, or simply looking to build greater resilience into their business.  In TRS we work closely with our clients to deliver the financial and organisational solutions that enable them to adapt and succeed or minimise the downside risks that they are facing.  The work involves understanding the drivers of value in a business and problem solving to manage the priorities of competing stakeholders. Your Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of TRS market and brand strategies
  Support the creation of Quarterly Profit Warning Analysis and other campaigns
  Manage social media and client-facing content, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms.
  Collaborate with other EY service lines, sector teams, marketing and business development teams to build relationships, share market insights and promote collaborative initiatives.
  Generate ideas for market insight and client engagement, focusing on increasing TRS brand awareness and transforming insights into opportunities.
  Coordinate offshore support teams ensuring the timely and effective delivery of key projects.
  Evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies.
  Support content creation, logistics and the delivery of presentations at client-facing events including webcasts, presentations, webinars and seminars.
  Oversee the TRS content program calendar and ensure the systematic organization and storage of outputs.
 

Skills and Attributes for Success 
 

Excellent communication skills, capable of creating compelling materials and presentations.
  Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with internal teams
  Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  Ability to manage data and convert analysis into impactful marketing content that aligns with our TRS brand and strategic priorities.
  Eager to seek out formal and informal learning and training opportunities for continuous professional development.
  Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all branding and marketing materials.
 

To qualify for the role you should have

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
  Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  Experience in multitasking and delivering multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities.
  Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word for document creation, Excel for data analysis and reporting, and PowerPoint for presentations.

Ideally, you’ll also have

Ability or desire to effectively manage and develop team members, including providing constructive feedback.
  Experience of presenting to effectively communicate insights
  Understanding of the restructuring industry, including key solutions and market dynamics.
