Get to Know the Role
We're looking for someone with a background in marketing strategy and experience with solving challenges creatively. You'll need to transform complex problems into straightforward, applicable plans and focus on strategic execution.
You will report to the Marketing Manager, Mobility and Gfin PH. This is an onsite role to our Exquadra Tower, Ortigas office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will drive business growth in Metro Manila by collaborating with demand planning, operations, marketing analytics, and market research teams to boost user acquisition and retention.You will develop marketing strategies based on consumer insights, creating tailored proposals for target audiences.You will manage end-to-end campaign execution, including concept creation, media planning, demand forecasting, go-to-market strategy, and budget management.You will analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on metrics to increase effectiveness.You will collaborate with creative, PR, media buying, and event teams to produce high-quality work.You will work with marketing analytics and consumer research teams to gain insights into consumer behavior and create campaigns.You will oversee marketing budget to ensure efficient spending.QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
At least 3 years of experience in a brand or communications role, whether client-side or within an agency.Experience leading diverse campaigns, from brand repositioning to sales promotions.Understand customer behavior and identify business opportunities.Ability to translate needs into compelling customer propositions.Collaborative spirit and capability to work with diverse stakeholders, experiment with ideas, navigate complexities, and gain approval to initiate projects.Highly organized with an eye for detail, focused on improving processes for day-to-day efficiency, particularly in a tech-driven environment.Additional Information
