What the day will look like + Manage premium breakdown processing to achieve operational excellence. + Ensures carrier invoices tally with the census and ratings agreed upon during placement. + Provide guidance to offshore team; and ensure offshore team is equipped with the knowledge and training to prepare premium breakdown. Review premium breakdown prepared by offshore team to ensure completeness and accuracy. + Ensure information is sent for timely invoice processing. + Actively follow up with carriers on discrepancies in invoices and resolve them as and when necessary. + Engage as a point of contact to inform carriers on placement and demographic report on selected client portfolios, if required. + Collaborate with key stakeholders involved in the process - Account Managers/Servicers, Processing and other colleagues within Aon to ensure seamless process. + And any other roles and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders professionally. + Strong analytical skills, a keen focus on details, enthusiasm, and a high level of commitment. + Skilled in multi-tasking, ability to assess and complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy. + Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and comfortable working with numbers and data.
