About the Role
Responsible for providing quality and reliable services to customers in relation to areas such as policy services requests, distribution support and conflict management.Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide service information to customers and agents as appropriate.To handle a minor complaint related to policy and customer service.Accountable for the achievement of the stated turnaround time in processing request, resolving email enquiries and clearance of suspense.Providing support for Bancassurance and Business Development team in their drive to achieve business targets as well as other stakeholders.Display behaviour and attitude in line with the intended culture of working together and helping Policy Services Department to achieve its stated mission statement.Working closely with the Head, Policy Services to ensure the smooth running of the department and operation.
Pre-requisites:
Degree holder preferably with specialization in business management or related field. Candidate with 2-3 years working experience in Customer Service or relevant field will be an added advantage.Demonstrated leadership ability with strong initiative, independent, innovative, result oriented and analytical.Self-motivated, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively, able to adapt in fast paced environmentTo perform other responsibilities & duties, this may be assigned from time to time by Head of Policy Services in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.
